Rafael Torres, 37, Dead After Traffic Collision on 10 Freeway Near Sierra Avenue Saturday
Fontana, CA (April 5, 2021) – 37-year-old Rafael Torres died following a car accident on 10 Freeway near Fontana, the Daily Bulletin reported.
On April 3, a Ford F-150 heading east on I-10 crashed into the rear of a Scion TC. The catastrophic incident took place just east of Sierra Avenue Saturday afternoon.

Emergency teams arrived at the site shortly after 11:25 p.m. Paramedics attended to all parties involved, and later confirmed the driver of the Scion died in the wreck.
The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office later identified the fatal victim as Rafael Torres, of San Bernardino.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the condition of the driver of the Ford.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate at this time the precise cause of the car crash in Fontana that killed Rafael Torres.
