Santa Ana Man, 31, Struck and Killed on Bristol Street
SANTA ANA, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2024) — Pedestrian Ralph Marin, 31, of Santa Ana, died in a hit-and-run crash early Sunday on Bristol Street at Park Lane.
The collision occurred around 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 20th, according to the Orange County Fire Authority and OCR.
OCFA sent paramedics to the scene where a southbound driver struck the man who was crossing Bristol Street and then fled the scene, according to the Santa Ana Police Department. Meanwhile, a second driver reportedly drove over the man in the roadway. That driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation.
Unfortunately, the Santa Ana man was severely injured and was pronounced dead at the scene.
There is no further information about the collision at this time.
