Ramon Alvarado Dead, Child Injured in ATV Accident at Fowler and Elkorn Avenue Tuesday
Fresno, CA (June 15, 2021) – Ramon Alvarado, a 53-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries following an ATV accident in the area of Fowler and Elkorn Avenue Tuesday morning.
According to the Fresno Bee, Ramon Alvarado was operating a Suzuki 400 quad four-wheeler. The man was driving on a vineyard dirt road near Fowler and Elkhorn. For reasons still unclear, Ramon Alvarado lost control and rolled over on the dirt road.
The article published online indicated both the driver, and the 5-year-old passenger were ejected during the crash.
Shortly after 11 a.m., emergency teams arrived at the site. First responders found Ramon Alvarado unconscious. Despite life-saving measures, the driver succumbed to his injuries and died.

Authorities added the juvenile sustained major injuries as a result of the crash. A helicopter airlifted the patient to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
