Major Injury Collision on El Dorado (50) Freeway Saturday
Rancho Cordova, CA (August 21, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on U.S. Route 50, also known as El Dorado Freeway, Saturday afternoon.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a maroon Dodge vehicle veered off the roadway while traveling east on US-50. Officials said the collision also involved a black Ford Coupe, and a Honda Accord.
At Least 1 Badly Hurt in Rancho Cordova Car Accident, August 21
Shortly after 5:36 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the accident scene. Paramedics checked the conditions of all possible victims in the collision. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained major trauma as a result of the wreck.
Several factors surrounding the car accident in Rancho Cordova have not been discussed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly what happened here and why.
