Wrongful Death Attorney
Based on the information provided in the report, it remains unclear who will be help responsible for the collision. San Diego PD has likely already thoroughly investigated the incident itself with the compiled evidence they obtained at the scene. Police officials usually examine all potential factors including speed, the possible involvement of alcohol or drugs, or whether or not there were any mechanical issues with an involved vehicle. The investigation will also consist of looking at measurements of evidence left by the vehicle and the motorcycle such as point of impact, final resting positions, skid marks, and gouge marks.
Pending the results and findings of the investigation for this accident, the surviving family members of Ray Espinoza may be granted the right to pursue a wrongful death lawsuit against the driver involved pending the investigation results. Family members of wrongful death victims are entitled to seek a recompense for the funeral costs, loss of future income, and loss of love and companionship.
