HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (July 19, 2018) — Raymond Hilken, 76, of Huntington Beach, died Wednesday night when he fell into the water with another person in Huntington Beach harbor, according to KABC News.
The incident took place about 9:38 p.m. last night near Carousel Lane. The two people were in the water when two others reportedly went in to rescue them. It’s unknown why the first two were in the water or whether or not there was a collision involved.
Paramedics rushed one person to a hospital and the other was treated at the scene.

At this time, we do not know the circumstances that led up to this horrible accident. It’s unknown if this was a boating collision or something else.
