2 Innocent People Hurt in Rear-End Collision on SR-12
Napa, CA (May 9, 2022) – Police arrested 25-year-old Rayna Anmarie Delima in relation to a suspected DUI crash that occurred on State Route 12, also known as Jameson Canyon Road.
The Napa Valley Register News reported Delima was behind the wheel of a 2016 Kia Optima traveling west on SR-12. Officials said the Kia rear-ended a 2007 GMC Yukon with two occupant.
According to the article published online, the collision took place Saturday evening.
Emergency crews arrived at the crash site shortly after 9:05 p.m. Responding paramedics checked the conditions of all the passengers in the Kia and GMC. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed the driver and passenger in the GMC both sustained injuries as a result of the wreck. Medical personnel rendered first aid to the victims, then they reportedly sought further treatment on their own.

Meanwhile, investigators discovered Rayna Anmarie Delima was intoxicated at the time of the crash. For this reason, police arrested and booked the woman into the Napa County jail on suspicion of causing injury by driving under the influence.
