Major Injury Collision at Quercus Lobata Byway and Mccoy Road Friday
Red Bluff, CA (July 2, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred in the area of Quercus Lobata Byway and Mccoy Road Friday morning.
The California Highway Patrol group reported two vehicles collided at the Red Bluff intersection at about 5:10 a.m. Officials identified the cars involved in the wreck as a white Chevrolet pickup truck and an SUV.
When emergency crews arrived at the site, they found one vehicle approximately 10 feet off the roadway.

Medical personnel rendered aid to all possible victims at the location. According to the CHP dispatch, one person sustained major injuries as a result of the wreck. The name of the victim, and the extent of their trauma have not been discussed thus far.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate several factors surrounding the car accident in Red Bluff.
