September 7, 2018 – A deadly car crash occurred in the area of Rawson Road and Chard Avenue Friday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
Deadly Rollover Car Crash Friday in Red Bluff
At 2:08 on Friday, the CHP logged a traffic collision involving a Chevrolet HHR the crashed into the bridge at the intersection. Following the impact, the vehicle reportedly rolled over and went about 30 feet off the roadway.
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found a female party suffering in injuries as a result of the incident. The name of that woman have not been disclosed thus far.
CHP first mentioned the collision was a major injury, but later changed it to fatal. No additional information has been yet disclosed on the deceased.
The exact circumstances that led to the deadly accident are still being investigated.
