According to Action News Now, a big rig carrying bottled water rollover over in the southbound side of the freeway in Redding. The collision happened near O’Brien Road.

The article published online indicated rescue teams arrived at the location shortly after 6:50 a.m. First responders found two people trapped in the wreckage.
