RED WOOD CITY, San Mateo County (September 17, 2016) – A 22-year-old Campbell woman and a 23-year-old San Jose woman have been killed as a result of a collision on Highway 1 at Pigeon Point Road, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch and an article by KRON 4.
The accident happened on September 17, Saturday afternoon.
In detail, the CHP team mentioned about two vehicles were involved in a crash that took place about 4:00 p.m. Responding authorities located at the scene a Dodge pickup truck and a black Mazda CX-5.
As per the article, both female fatalities occupied the Mazda. And responding paramedics pronounced both parties dead at the scene. No immediate information is provided on the Dodge occupants.
Investigation is underway due to several factors remain unclear.
