Major Injury Collision on Near Skeggs Point Sunday
Redwood City, CA (November 8, 2021) – A traffic accident involving a bicycle rider occurred on State Route 35, also known as Skyline Boulevard, on November 7.

The California Highway Patrol group reported the bicyclist collided with a black sedan on the highway near Skeggs Point.
CHP logged the incident at about 3:48 p.m.
When rescue teams arrived at the location, they found the black sedan with major front-end damage. The damage sustained by the bike in the collision remained unknown.
Responding medical personnel rendered aid to all parties found at the scene. According to the CHP dispatch, at least one person suffered major injuries as a result of the wreck. It was not immediately confirmed if the bicycle rider was the injured party.
Several factors surrounding the crash have not been discussed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine the precise circumstances that led to the bicycle accident on State Route 35 in Redwood City.
