Motorcyclist Possibly Injured in Crash on Highway 101
LOCATION: Redwood City
DATE OF COLLISION: Thursday, January 10th
January 10, 2019 – The California Highway Patrol reported Thursday morning a traffic collision on northbound Highway 101 near Old Middlefield Way off-ramp.

Officials said the crash involved a blue Yamaha motorcycle, and another vehicle of unspecified built and type.
Shortly after 7:46 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the scene and found the motorcyclist lying in the roadway. Paramedics immediately rendered aid to the man, whose identity remained unknown at this time.
As per the CHP dispatch, the motorcycle sustained minor damage as a result of the accident but the condition of the rider at this time have not been disclosed thus far.
Meanwhile, officials mentioned a unidentified female party called the police and said she was driving a black Jeep in the area and was possibly involved in the crash.
No other details were immediately released. Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine liability in the accident.
