Fatal Car Accident at Martin Luther King Boulevard and Lincoln Street Sunday
Stockton, CA (January 18, 2022) – Reginald Hill, a 37-year-old man, died following a car accident that occurred in the area of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Lincoln Street.
The KCRA News published an article online reporting Hill was driving in the streets of Stockton on January 16, Sunday. When the motorist approached the intersection at Martin Luther King Boulevard and Lincoln Street, he collided with a vehicle traveling at a high-rate of speed.
Preliminary investigation revealed the reckless driver was leading officer to a chase at the time of the accident. In an attempt to evade police, the suspect accelerated through the intersection and crashed into an uninvolved vehicle.
Our sources confirmed the innocent man sadly died as a result of the incident. The San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased as Reginald Hill.
Meanwhile, police reportedly arrested the suspect, a 15-year-old juvenile. The teenager was booked into the San Joaquin County Juvenile Hall for vehicular manslaughter.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
