At Least 1 Hurt in Traffic Accident at Cambridge and Green Valley Road Friday
Rescue, CA (December 6, 2021) – A pedestrian suffered injuries following a suspected hit-and-run collision that occurred in the area of Cambridge and Green Valley Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a vehicle struck an individual at the busy intersection in Rescue. The accident took place on December 3 around 3:08 p.m.
When rescue teams arrived, they found a juvenile abandoned at the crash site. Paramedics immediately rendered aid to the victim. At this time, it remained unclear whether the injured party was released at the scene or transferred to the hospital for further treatment.

The CHP dispatch mentioned the driver involved in the accident fled the scene before police arrived. Detectives continue to work at this time to identify and locate the hit-and-run suspect.
