3 Injured in Reseda Crash at Lindley Avenue and Vanowen Street
LOS ANGELES, CA (January 29, 2023) – Several were injured after a car crash at Lindley Avenue and Vanowen Street in Reseda.
According to the KTLA News and My News LA, the accident took place on Sunday evening. Officers reported the wreck on January 29 at around 6:15 p.m.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said two sedans collided for an unknown reason in the Reseda neighborhood. The cars crashed at the intersection of Lindley Avenue and Vanowen Street.
2 Cars Collide
Both cars obtained extensive damage due to the impact of the collision. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and freed two trapped people from the wreckage.
The rescued occupants of one car sustained critical injuries as a result of the incident. Medical personnel then rushed the patients to a hospital and listed them in critical condition.
A third individual survived the accident with minor injuries. The reports did not release the names of all the wounded parties.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Lindley and Vanowen to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Reseda crash is still under investigation.
