6 Injured in Reseda Crash Sherman Way Near Etiwanda
LOS ANGELES, CA (March 20, 2022) – Several were injured after a car crash on Sherman Way in the Reseda neighborhood.
According to The Daily News and CBS Los Angeles, the accident took place on Sunday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 4:50 p.m.
The Los Angeles Fire Department said multiple vehicles collided for an unknown reason. They crashed on West Sherman Way near Etiwanda Avenue in Reseda.
The impact then knocked a utility pole down in the area. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
A total of six people ended up hurt as a result of the collision. Medical personnel rushed five of them to the hospital for treatment.
Officials listed three patients in critical condition and two more in stable condition. The fifth individual survived the incident with minor injuries.
The reports did not disclose the names of the wounded parties. Meanwhile, officers forced a stretch of Sherman Way to shut down following the Reseda crash.
The cause of the wreck is still under investigation.
