1 Hospitalized After Collision on Foothill (210) Freeway Saturday
Rialto, CA (September 15, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on Interstate 210 at Alder Avenue on September 11, Saturday.
Multi-Car Accident in Rialto, September 11
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch, a collision between two vehicles took place in the westbound side of Foothill (210) Freeway. Officials said three oncoming vehicles apparently failed to avoid the initial crash, and ended up in the pile-up.
When rescue teams arrived at the site, they found at the scene as a Toyota Camry; a Honda Accord; a Kia sedan; a silver Acura, and a gray Mazda.
Emergency crews arrived at the location shortly after 5 p.m. Paramedics at the scene rendered aid to all possible victims in the collision. After the evaluation, an ambulance transported one patient to Arrowhead Medical Center.
Several factors surrounding the car accident in Rialto remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the crash.
