Two Cars Overturned in Accident on Foothill Freeway
RIALTO, Calif. (July 11, 2024) — A two-vehicle car crash happened Thursday afternoon in Rialto on the Interstate 210 Freeway, also known as the Foothill Freeway.
The traffic accident occurred at around 3:38 PM on Thursday, July 11th 2024, just west of Ayala Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The two vehicle traffic collision involved a Nissan Rogue or Pathfinder SUV and a white Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. The two cars left major debris in the roadway following the crash. Also, the pickup truck and SUV both overturned on the freeway.
Meanwhile, the Nissan was stopped in the center divide of the highway and the white Tacoma was up on the right side of the embankment.
Paramedics responded and located those who were injured due to the crash and transported them to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment of unknown injuries.
Investigators are working to determine who is at fault for the crash on Interstate 210 in Rialto.
