3 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision at Riverside and Valley
Rialto, CA (August 1, 2022) – Three people died following a traffic accident that occurred near the intersection of Riverside Avenue and Valley Boulevard.
According to KTLA News, multiple vehicles collided in Rialto Monday evening. Earlier reports indicated the horrible crash involved as many as eight automobiles.
The article published online mentioned a Jeep Cherokee was seen traveling in the area at a high-rate of speed. When the Cherokee approached the intersection at Riverside and Valley, the driver failed to slow down and slammed into the rear of two vehicles. The force from the impact led to a chain-reaction collision. Per local news source, the crash left at least two cars fully engulfed in flames.
Deadly Car Accident in Rialto
Emergency crews arrived at the site shortly after 6:30 p.m Authorities later confirmed three people sadly died in the accident. Officials continue to withhold the names of the deceased parties pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.

Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event remained unclear. At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise cause of the fatal collision that happened at Riverside Avenue and Valley Boulevard.
