KINGS COUNTY, California — 52-year-old Ricardo Zamora sustained fatal trauma after his vehicle struck a big rig truck on 6th Avenue, according to an article by Fresnobee.
The crash took place on December 5, Monday at about 11:45 p.m.
As per the article, Zamora was traveling in a 2014 Hyundai Elantra headed north on 6th near Benicia Avenue. When suddenly, the Elantra hit a truck that was blocking both lanes as it backed into a packing house.
Officers said the visibility was about 500 to 600 feet during the time of the collision.
Further investigation is ongoing to determine charges and liabilities.
