The fatality was reported about 10:04 p.m. last night. It is believed the incident was a collision, but the report does not specify whether Tufts died in a collision or under some other circumstances. There were Paramedics took Tufts to a hospital for treatment, but he later died of his injuries at 11:27 p.m. at Hemet Valley Medical Center.
The incident remains under investigation by police.
