RICHMOND, Calif. (July 18, 2018) — A car was rear-ended by a semi-tractor trailer truck Wednesday in a collision on the westbound Interstate 80 Freeway at the Cutting Boulevard off ramp, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The collision was reported about 8:19 a.m. between the grey Honda Accord and the big rig truck. The Honda suffered major rear-end damage.
Paramedics responded and treated at least one person for minor injuries.

At this time, we do not know which driver is responsible for this collision. However, based on the facts so far, it appears that the truck driver may be at fault.
