5-Vehicle Car Accident on I-80 Freeway
RICHMOND, Calif. (June 23, 2023) — A multi-vehicle Richmond crash on the westbound Interstate 80 Freeway happened Friday morning near the San Pablo Avenue off ramp.
The 7:27 a.m. collision on June 23rd involved five vehicles including a white Ford pickup truck, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Other motorists involved included a Honda Pilot and a black Subaru, the report said.
It’s unknown what led to the collision at this time, but at least one person suffered minor injuries. Paramedics responded and at least one person from the Honda declined an ambulance transport to the hospital.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Richmond crash on the Interstate 80 Freeway.
