Unfortunately, motorcyclists are often blamed for collisions on the freeway and without the help of an experienced attorney, they may not get full compensation for their losses.
While police will be focused on whether were were traffic law violations, the attorney will also investigate other factors such as was the at-fault driver working or was there a dangerous condition to blame.
Anyone who is injured in a collision or the family of a victim who has died, may have grounds to pursue a lawsuit or obtain a settlement to compensate them for financial losses.
While this can be complicated, a qualified and experienced personal injury attorney can explain the process and guide a person through the legal process. Johnson Attorneys Group can be reached at 800-235-6801. Our lawyers offer a free consultation and there is no pressure to hire our firm.
