Police are investigating this collision to determine fault. At this time, we do not know what led to this collision and which driver or drivers are responsible. In some cases, both parties involved may share responsible for a collision. That means, for example, if only one person is hurt or has damages, they may both split that person’s financial burden. Police are piecing together evidence and witness statements at this time and will issue a police report with their findings.
If a negligent driver or another entity is at fault for a collision resulting in injuries to you or a loved one, there may be grounds for a personal injury or wrongful death claim. While this is always a personal decision, for many the financial losses associated with a traffic accident are significant.
