RIO LINDA, Sacramento County (March 6, 2017) – An injury traffic collision took place on O Street Monday night, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch team.
The accident involving a black Nissan sedan and a gray Kia sedan occurred shortly before 9:30 p.m.
As per the report log, the driver of the Kia struck the Nissan which was parked along O Street at the time. Sacramento Fire Department personnel along with the paramedics responded and attended to at least one person who sustained minor wounds in the crash.
It was not immediately known however if the patient was treated at the scene or was taken to the hospital for further medical aid.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
