Deadly Car Accident at Elkhorn Boulevard and Dry Creek Road Monday
Rio Linda, CA (June 14, 2021) – At least one person suffered fatal injuries following a car crash in the area of Elkhorn Boulevard and Dry Creek Road Monday.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a BMW veered off the roadway while traveling at the Rio Linda intersection. The car ended up slamming into a pole at Elkhorn and Dry Creek.
Shortly after 9 p.m., emergency teams arrived at the site and found the BMW wrapped around the pole.

Authorities said the crash resulted in serious injuries to at least one person. Pending confirmation and notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Several factors surrounding the unfortunate event have not been discussed thus far. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the fatal car crash in Rio Linda happened.
