Multi-Vehicle Collision at Dry Creek Road and Elkhorn Boulevard Saturday
Rio Linda, CA (September 18, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a suspected hit-and-run crash in the area of Dry Creek Road and Elkhorn Boulevard.
On Saturday, the California Highway Patrol logged an accident involving multiple vehicles. Officials said three or more cars collided at the busy Rio Linda intersection.
Medical personnel arrived at the crash site shortly after 10:20 a.m. Paramedics immediately rendered aid to all possible victims in the collision. According to the CHP dispatch, at least one person sustained injuries as a result of the wreck.

Meanwhile, authorities confirmed one motorist fled the scene after the accident; while a red Chevrolet truck was left at the site. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate the exact cause of the car crash in Rio Linda.
