Pedestrian Injured in Crash at Rio Linda Intersection
RIO LINDA, Calif. (August 24, 2023) — A Rio Linda pedestrian accident happened Thursday afternoon at Dry Creek Road and O Street.
The injury crash occurred around 12:37 p.m. on August 24th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver in an orange truck struck the pedestrian at the Rio Linda intersection due to unknown circumstances.
The person went down in the roadway, but was conscious and breathing, the report said.
Paramedics responded with an ambulance to transport the injured person to a hospital, but there are no further details at this time.
Meanwhile, investigators are working to determine fault for the Rio Linda pedestrian accident.
