Riverbank Car Crash at Atchison Street and 2nd Street

1 Injured in Riverbank Car at Atchison and 2nd Streets

RIVERBANK, CA (April 30, 2023) – One was hospitalized after a crash at Atchison Street and 2nd Street in Riverbank.

The Oakdale Leader first logged the accident last week on Friday morning. Officers reported the wreck on April 21 at about 8:58 a.m.

The incident happened when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Riverbank. The cars crashed at the intersection of Atchison Street and 2nd Street.

2 Vehicles Collide

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and found one driver hurt. The motorist sustained non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the collision.

Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The report did not release the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.

Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Atchison and 2nd streets to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Riverbank crash is still under investigation.
