RIVERSIDE, California (January 11, 2016) — Two children were in a car involved in a collision with a second vehicle Monday morning on the eastbound 60 Pomona Freeway at Main Street, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported about 4:49 a.m. between a green Toyota sedan and a blue car. The Riverside Fire Department responded to help those who were injured. There were two children in the back seat of one car who were pulled out before firefighters arrived. Two trucks were required to remove at least one of the vehicles.
Police are investigating the crash to determine liability.
