RIVERSIDE, California (September 28, 2015) — At least one person was injured Monday morning in a crash between two vehicles on the northbound Interstate 215 Freeway, just north of West Blaine Street, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash was reported about 6 a.m. between a silver Nissan Sentra and gray Honda Civic in the Nos. 3 and 4 lanes of the freeway. A passenger in the Honda suffered a head injury and was taken by paramedics to a local hospital. Two trucks from Tippy Tow and Angelo’s Towing responded to remove the damaged vehicles.
A police investigation into the cause of the crash is underway to determine liability.
