RIVERSIDE, California (April 8, 2016) — Four people were hospitalized Thursday night after the car they were riding in plunged down an embankment from a Anza Narrows Park parking lot at 5759 Jurupa Avenue, according to the Press Enterprise.
The crash took place last night about 8 p.m.. The vehicle went over the bike path and fell down into a ravine for unknown reasons. One person was trapped in the vehicle, but three others got out on their own. Paramedics responded and transported the most seriously injured to Riverside Community Hospital. The victims were described as two men and two women suffering from minor to moderate injuries.
Police are investigating what led to the crash and liability.
