RIVERSIDE, California (December 22, 2015) — Six people were hospitalized Tuesday morning following a multi-vehicle crash on the westbound State Route 60 Pomona Freeway involving a van, a pickup truck and two other vehicles in the HOV and No. 1 lanes.
The California Highway Patrol reported that at least one of the vehicles had spun out and was blocking the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes. Paramedics responded to the crash just west of Pyrite Street to help those who were injured. Several of the vehicles were towed from the scene of the crash.
Paramedics transported six injured people to Parkview Community Hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
