RIVERSIDE, California (June 16, 2015) — A woman was hospitalized with a possible head injury following a crash between a big rig truck and six other vehicles Tuesday morning on the eastbound State Route 91 Freeway between Madison Street and Adams Street, a California Highway Patrol report said.
At least two people were hospitalized at Riverside Community Hospital following the multi-vehicle crash involving the drivers of a black Chevrolet , a silver Dodge Ram pickup truck, a black 2014 Nissan Altima and a gray 2007 Toyota 4Runner. There were several other vehicles involved in the crash in the No. 1 lane.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash to determine liability.
