RIVERSIDE, California (November 11, 2014) – At least one person was injured Tuesday morning in a collision involving three drivers on the eastbound State Route 91 Freeway, just east of Maple Street, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
The report indicated there were two traffic accidents involving the drivers of a white van, a silver Honda Accord and a silver Hyundai sedan. The collisions were reported about 7 a.m. and were blocking the right lanes of the freeway. Paramedics responded to assist those who were injured in the accidents.
Police are heading up an investigation into the collision to determine liability.
“Police will issue a report with their findings and this will be available to all parties involved in the crash,” said Attorney James Johnson.
