4 Injured in Riverside Head-On Crash Near Hole and Mobley Avenues

RIVERSIDE (November 20, 2017) – A major injury collision occurred in the area of Hole and Mobley avenues early Monday, according to The Press Enterprise.

The accident involving two vehicles was reported just after midnight.

As per the article, police said a 21-year-old Riverside resident was driving a silver 2002 Honda east on Hole Avenue when for an unknown reason they crossed into the westbound lanes.

The Honda then struck a silver 2008 Honda SUV driven by 22-year-old motorist who is also from Riverside. The impact forced the SUV to roll over before landing on its roof. Both cars sustained major front-end damage following the crash.

Both drivers were transported to the hospital with injuries ranging from moderate and severe degree. Two passengers in the SUV were also hospitalized. One of them suffered moderate injuries while the other, a 56-year-old from Riverside, was critically hurt.

The names of the parties involved and their condition at this time were not released.

Meanwhile, authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident. Anyone with information is urged to call Riverside police at 951-826-8723.
