1 Hospitalized After Collision Near Adams Street Monday
Riverside, CA (January 24, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a car accident that occurred on State Route 91 early Monday.
The California Highway Patrol group reported a vehicle swerved across the eastbound lanes of SR-91. Our sources indicated the vehicle rolled over; and ended up crashing into the center divider in the area near Adams Street. Officials mentioned the vehicle came to a rest facing the wrong direction on the freeway.

Shortly after 12:04 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. First responders found a female party trapped in the overturned car. Firefighters at the scene worked extensively to free the victim. After the successful extrication process, medical personnel decided to transfer the woman to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Several factors surrounding the incident remained unclear. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine exactly how and why the crash on State Route 91 in Riverside happened.
