Vehicle Hits Woman at Galleria Mall
Riverside, CA (May 7, 2023) – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Magnolia Avenue and Tyler Mall Road.
According to the Riverside Police Department, a vehicle struck an individual at an intersection in the Galleria Tyler Mall. Officials said the crash took place on May 6, Saturday, around 10:53 p.m.
Pedestrian Possibly Killed in Riverside Crash
The dispatch mentioned responding paramedics found the pedestrian in full arrest while lying down in the street. Preliminary investigation revealed the woman was thrown approximately 50 feet after being hit. Medical personnel performed CPR to the victim until an ambulance arrived. The name of the patient, and their condition at this time have not been revealed thus far.
Detectives assigned to handle the case stayed at the scene the whole evening. They continue to investigate exactly how and why the crash happened at Magnolia Avenue and Tyler Mall Road in Riverside.
