RIVERSIDE: Rollover Crash Involving 2 Drivers on 91 Freeway at 14th Street

RIVERSIDE, California (May 11, 2015) — An injury rollover crash was reported Monday morning on the eastbound State Route 91 Riverside Freeway, just west of 14th Street, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.

According to the CHP report, the driver of a brown or gold Chevrolet Geo Prism sedan allegedly cut off the driver of a black Toyota 4Runner SUV causing the second driver to rollover twice and land on its roof in the No. 2 lane.

Paramedics responded to the crash to transport those who were injured to a local hospital.

Police are heading up an investigation into the crash to determine liability.

“It’s important that injured motorists take immediate steps to protect their rights after a traffic accident,” said Attorney James Johnson. “There are always competing sides of a story after a collision, so even if you think you were not at fault the insurance company may think differently.”
