RIVERSIDE, California (October 28, 2014) – Two drivers collided in an injury crash Tuesday morning on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway at the Santa Ana River Bridge, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported about 8:21 a.m. between the drivers of a black Toyota Camry sedan and a red Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV. The Chevy SUV also crashed into a wall in the center divider of the freeway. The SUV was facing sideways and a woman in the car was unconscious following the crash.
Paramedics responded to assist the injured woman and possibly transport her to a local hospital.
Police are heading up an investigation into the crash to determine liability.
