Vehicle Strikes, Kills Man Near Denman Road
Penngrove, CA (June 7, 2022) – Robert Ficarra Jr., a 35-year-old Santa Rosa resident, died following a traffic accident that occurred on Old Redwood Highway.
The Press Democrat News reported a Ford F-150 struck an individual on the highway just north of Denman Road. Officials mentioned the collision took place in the area located between Petaluma and Cotati.
Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Old Redwood Highway in Penngrove
Shortly after 12:40 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Responding paramedics found a body lying on the ground. According to the article published online, medical personnel transported the patient to Petaluma Valley Hospital where he later sadly died. The Sheriff’s Office Coroner Unit identified the fatal victim as Robert Ficarra Jr.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver involved in the unfortunate event.
At this time, detectives continue to investigate exactly how and why the deadly accident happened on Old Redwood Highway in Penngrove.
