Driver Arrested for DUI Crash in Victorville
VICTORVILLE, Calif. (July 6, 2022) — Police arrested Robert Sisco, Jr., 58, of Colton, on misdemeanor DUI charges following a Victorville crash at the Interstate 15 Freeway and Stoddard Wells Road.
The two-vehicle collision occurred about 9:56 p.m. on July 2nd, according to the Victorville Police Department’s Traffic Division.
Two people suffered injuries in the collision including the suspect.
A 21-year-old Victorville woman driving the second vehicle suffered a head injury. However, a 45-year-old Fontana man riding with her did not have any injuries.
Police arriving at the scene located the suspect and conducted field sobriety testing. The driver failed the tests and paramedics took him by ambulance to a local hospital for medical treatment. Police arrested Robert Sisco Jr. for misdemeanor VC23152(f) Driving While Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. They later released him from custody.
