
Roberto Raigoza, 53, Killed in Kingsburg Pedestrian Crash
KINGSBURG, CA (January 20, 2023) – Roberto Raigoza was killed after a pedestrian crash at Draper Street and Frontage Road in Kingsburg.
The coroner’s office identified the 53-year-old Kingsburg man as the victim of the fatal accident which took place on Friday.
The incident happened when Roberto Raigoza was walking north across Draper Street at Frontage Road in Kingsburg. At the same time, a pickup truck was going west on Draper.
Man Hit by Car
Police said for an unknown reason, the car hit him in the intersection. The ABC 30 News and Your Central Valley wrote that the collision occurred on January 20 shortly before 7 a.m.
Roberto Raigoza sustained serious injuries as a result of the pedestrian accident. Paramedics rushed him to the Community Regional Medical Center, where he soon died.
Meanwhile, police added that the driver of the pickup stopped and stayed at the scene following the incident. Officers forced the area of Draper and Frontage to shut down for a time after the collision.
