Pedestrian Killed in Rocklin Crash Near Park and Stanford Ranch
ROCKLIN, CA (May 18, 2023) – A crash killed a pedestrian near Park Drive and Stanford Ranch Road in Rocklin.
According to the ABC 10 News and FOX 40 News, the tragic accident took place on Thursday. Officers reported the collision in the evening of May 18.
Rocklin police said the incident happened when a vehicle struck a male pedestrian in the city. The female driver hit him near the intersection of Stanford Ranch Road and Park Drive.

Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then found the man down on the ground. He patient sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel soon pronounced the victim dead. The name of the deceased party has not been yet released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, police added that the woman stopped and stayed at the site following the incident. Officers forced the area of Park and Stanford Ranch to shut down for a time after the accident.
The cause of the fatal Rocklin pedestrian crash is still under investigation.
