Hit-and-Run Collision at Willow and Sierra Avenue Monday
Clovis, CA (December 20, 2021) – Police arrested 60-year-old Roger Crawford in relation with a hit-and-run crash that occurred in the area of Willow and Sierra Avenue Monday.
According to FOX26 News, Roger Crawford was behind the wheel of a yellow truck traveling at an unsafe speed in the streets of Clovis. Officials believed Crawford was intoxicated when he collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Willow and Sierra. The traffic accident took place at approximately 7:45 a.m.

Earlier reports indicated the suspect took off from the accident scene. Responding officers later located Roger Crawford driving at relatively slow speeds with a blown-out front tire. Police arrested the suspect when the man eventually pulled over when his vehicle could not go any further.
Meanwhile, authorities mentioned the innocent motorist involved in the crash suffered injuries as a result of the impact. The name of the victim, and their condition at this time remained undisclosed.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
