Roland Sarabia, 61, Killed in La Mirada Accident at Rosecrans and Valley View
LA MIRADA (October 21, 2018) – A motorcyclist seriously injured after a traffic collision at Rosecrans and Valley View avenues Thursday has died, according to Whittier Daily News.
The victim has been identified as 61-year-old Roland Sarabia, of La Mirada.
As per the article, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said Sarabia was riding a motorcycle south on Valley View Avenue when for an unknown reason he collided with a car that was pulling out of a McDonald’s parking lot.

The rider crashed into the side of the vehicle and lost control of his bike. He continued along Valley View over the median and then struck a curb.
Deputies affirmed that the motorcycle was forced into a light pole, causing Sarabia to be ejected in the process. The collision was reported at approximately 1 p.m.
The motorcyclist was transported to UC Irvine Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the woman driving the car appeared to have stopped after the wreck. She was reportedly unharmed in the incident which remains under investigation.
