2-Vehicle Crash on I-15 Freeway near Bernardo Center Drive
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (July 25, 2024) — A two-vehicle rollover crash happened Thursday morning on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway, just south of Bernardo Center Drive in San Diego.
The traffic accident occurred at around 10:19 a.m. on July 25th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a Tesla and a grey 4-door sedan collided in the fast lane and the latter vehicle overturned onto its roof. The Tesla was off the road on the right shoulder.
The overturned vehicle blocked the Nos. 1 and 2 lanes of the I-15 and both vehicles required tow trucks due to damage from the crash.
Paramedics responded to help at least one person with injuries, but there are no further details.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the rollover collision on the 15 Freeway in San Diego.
