ANAHEIM, California (June 20, 2016) — At least one person was hospitalized Monday morning when a car overturned in a multi-vehicle collision on the eastbound 91 Riverside Freeway at the Tustin Avenue off ramp, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 10:03 a.m. this morning when a driver in a black SUV overturned in the Fasttrak and HOV lanes. As many as five vehicles were involved in the collision. The vehicle landed on its roof and there were children seen standing in traffic lanes outside of the SUV. Paramedics responded and transported at least one person to Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana.
A SigAlert was issued for the crash and police are investigating the cause.
